Artha and Lemon Walks are teaming up once again for an afternoon of movement, connection, and restoration.

We’ll begin with a light 2-mile hike through Fryman Canyon Park, followed by a grounding deep stretch yoga session led by Jess at Artha Studio City.

Every attendee receives a curated wellness goodie bag to take home and enjoy.

We'll meet at Fryman Canyon Parking Lot at 12:45pm then head to the Artha studio for our yoga session.
